From weight loss, to muscle gain, to running marathons, Derek has helped people achieve a wide array of goals.”My passion is to help people lead happier, healthier, more active lives overcoming all obstacles.” He has been a CrossFit coach since 2010. Derek is also a firefighter and paramedic and truely understands the everyday importance of being an Elite Athlete.
